1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- Product received is damaged, defective, or expired

- Incorrect product delivered

- Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Note: Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
